THE END IS AT HAND

Such is the ways of man
Hankering after a future plan
Continually living in fear
Aware the end is near
Alternative sources cannot forsee
The future of our destiny
Our Redeemer foils the signs
Of false prophets and their kinds

Stand in faith undeterred
Focusing wholly on the word
For its is a lamp to our feet and
a light to our path
Those who wait on Him will be
delivered from His wrath
Christ sacrificed to bear our sin
His second coming to bring salvation...

Within the bible our future foretold
In Reverend fear we best behold
Christ reigns for eternity
His imminent coming a reality
Of the antichrist pay no mind
With joy the coming of Christ defined
Do not be foolish make a stand
The coming of Christ is not on land
He is coming with the clouds and
every eye will see him
With a shout and the trumpet of God
He will descend from heaven
Raising first the dead in Christ
and then the living
To reign eternally in heaven with Him
Scriptures mission of prophecy
To make aware this reality
At the very end
The wicked will be condemned
Be sure to understand
For the end is at hand...
