Tearing down the barrier
uniting me and You
Here in Your presence the
soul You deemed worthy
Your blood the atonement
liberating me
Gazing up into the heavenlies
barely able to understand
How Big is our God who holds
the universe in His hand
With just a simple wave it
sure must make a noise
The winds and storms a mere
vibration of Your voice
How Great are You God that
in all You created
You lavish Your love and with
this simple mortal be delighted
My worth is undeserving for
the kindness You show
Yet You're forever close this I
always know
Within the universe mayhaps
different realms
For in its vastness different
galaxies are found

FALL FROM GRACE

Father with all I am I seek Your
face
I've reached the pinnacle - my
Fall From Grace
It was never my intention to carnality
had veered me away from You
I took it upon myself to judge
another
Rallied in gossip without a bother
Words of hate had escaped my
lips
Covetnous right there at my
finger tips
Pride the father of all sin falsely
liberating me
Living a hypocritical life of
apostasy
Delving in carnal pleasure yet
expecting heaven
Succumbing to the enemy bound
in sin
Forgive me Dad I'm at the turning
point - I've reached the curve
Thank you for giving me more than
I deserve
I long for the tangible benefits of
Your favour yet once again
For Your favour is as a cloud of
the latter rain
Within my heart plant once again
Your mercy seed
Let me be the gospel that unbelievers
read
May heaven be occupied with repentive
hearts by what they see
For it is only the visibility of You that
should be seen in me...

UNSUSPECTING

Sailing in the icy waters a ship
so majestic
A vision of beauty amid lapping
waves hugging the Titanic
People in song and dance oblivious
and Unsuspecting
An ice berg rips through iron and
steel incurring immense suffering
Holding on to hope whilst frozen
waters snapped their last breath
Iron and steel now lay fermenting
swallowed in the oceans depth...

A little plane detected gliding through
the clear blue sky
No suspecting reason to even
question why
To its imminent threat people
work Unsuspecting
Unaware the destruction that very
plane shall bring
The atomic devastation worse
than molten lava
That fateful day nuclear explosions
wiped out Hiroshima...

The 9.0 magnitude quake near the
 Indonesian island of Sumatra
Released energy far worse than atomic
like bombs obliterating Hiroshima
People going about their daily
lives Unsuspecting
Unaware beneath the seas surface
devastation was brewing
Killer waves as high as 50 feet the
worlds worst Tsunami
Engulfing human life changing the
course of history...

Be still and know through lifes
tragedy
Circumstance of some events
one cannot forsee
Above all - this should be made
abundently clear
Accept Jesus in your heart and refuse
to live in fear
The trumpet call will be heard at
Christ's second coming
An imminent fact even though lifes
events may be suspecting...

screaming to the heavens
Drowning in your weakness
fighting your demons
Within your mind free reign
is given
Lawlessness gains entry into
the world you're living in
Worry consumes you no place
for positivity
Getting by in this cutthroat world
feeding your idolatry
Fear and gripes a never ending
story
Stagnant in your sin filled with
strife and fury
Closed minds and ignorance keeps
love at bay
Wanting to be blessed yet not having
anything good to say
Poverty is on the forefront you're
feeling hell bent..

Strong enough to break strongholds
and heal wounded hearts
It's a discerner of thoughts as its
refining fire imparts
Coupled with the Holy Spirit you are

Meeting with The Celebrity on any
given day
Reveals hidden secrets a weapon
against the enemy
Your daily bread feeds your soul the fight
against poverty

than a simple occasion
Having an encounter with our living God
is pure edification
