DARKNESS FALLS

Hear my voice Jesus in the wind
calling on Your name
I stand here so alone in the pouring
rain
My arms outstretched towards the
heavenly sky
Broken and beat I surrender hear
my wounded cry
I've lost my way please tell me
where you are
Tell me where I could find you -
are You really far?
I close my eyes and hear the wind

Life has simply become to much
to bare
The struggles are many and I no
longer wish to care
I need to hear Your voice I need You
here
How do I escape this never-ending
fear
Darkness Falls within my heart and I
see no way out
Always smiling yet within I scream and
shout
Why through these trials do I feel
so forsaken
As though an entire piece of me has
been taken
Oh! Father there's so much to be
thankful for
I just can't see the light I just can't
anymore
Could You possibly shine Your guiding
light
Because Dad right now I'm struggling
through my darkest night...
